Shipping & Returns

We normally ship orders within 1-4 BUSINESS days from the time the order is placed unless the specific product purchased has a longer availability time specified. If we have the products in our physical location we will always try to ship out the same day, but we sometimes need to get parts from other locations to complete an order. Weekend orders will not be processed until the following Monday. If for some reason your item is out of stock, we will notify you via e-mail or phone.

Note: If you are choosing 3 Day, 2 Day or Next Day shipping, these shipping rates take effect once the order is shipped (usually within 1-4 business days). If you need the products immediately, please call 760.727.0450 for availability and to arrange expedited shipping.

Free Shipping:

Items that state free shipping or shipping included – This applies to 48 USA states (Hawaii and Alaska not included). There is no free shipping on any international orders. Excludes oversize items (see below).

International Orders:

Customers with shipping addresses outside of the U.S.A. are responsible for all duties, import taxes and brokerage fees. These are *not* included in the cost of shipping or handling of your order. Customs, duties, and taxes vary widely from country to country; please check with your local customs agency for details on estimated costs.

U.S. domestic and international shipping costs, customs, duty, and taxes are non-refundable: if a shipment is refused by a customer, the cost of the original shipping, any brokerage/customs/duty/taxes, and return shipping charges will *not* be refunded.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

All Returned parts must be within 30 days of your invoice and must be clearly marked with an RA # from Magnum Offroad. Please contact us for RMA# at 760.727.0450. ALL PACKAGES SENT WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER WILL BE REFUSED. Shipping fees are not refundable. All returns must be in original packaging and re-sellable, sorry, no returns on electrical parts. Defective parts or parts sent to you in error will be exchanged or refunded in full at our discretion. Some items may require a re-stocking fee. Please contact Magnum Offroad at 760.727.0450 if an item needs to be returned.

Custom Parts:

We offer many custom built products. Please be aware that all orders for Cages, Bumpers, or any product we sell that requires you to choose a specific color for powder coating is considered "custom" and IS NOT RETURNABLE and cannot be cancelled once production begins.

Oversize Shipping:

At Magnum Offroad we ship cages and complete packages every day to places all over the world. We can ship your cage raw or powder coated and ready to install. We take time to wrap every cage to protect it from shipping damage and offer affordable insurance for every shipment in case damage does occur. Freight costs are constantly fluctuating up and down so once you place your order we will contact you with exact costs and shipping options. Charges range from as low as $150.00 to most west coast states and around $300.00 to most eastern states. Residential delivery charges and extra fees may apply to more rural locations Will call pick-up from your local terminal can also be arranged to avoid extra charges.
